They have demonstrated great successes in their own athletic careers and have all competed on a national level in their respective disciplines. Strength Training
Our trainers will work with your annual training schedule to come up with a program specific for you and your triathlon & fitness goals. Just as we periodize triathlon schedules, your strength schedule will be built with the same progression.

Group Strength Training
Don't like to strength train on your own? Terrier Tri has created a group session called "Pack Of Dogs" to add a little group fun to the training. A Terrier Tri coach will create one schedule for group of athletes up to for too perform as a team!

Triathlon, Swim, Bike or Run
Is a Sprint, Olympic, or Half Ironman in your future? Have you been toying with the thought of going long and tackling the Ironman? Regardless of your ultimate goal, Terrier Tri can help you with your race preparation. Whether you're a first timer or an old pro, we will customize your training program specific to your needs, experience, race goals, and race distance.
1on1 monthly coaching
$250-$400 per month depending on your specific plan.
• Weekly training plan specifically designed your goals after the set up and evaluation take place

• Discussions on equipment, race strategy, race preparation, simple nutrition or mental toughness

1on1 monthly one time set up
$150 - One time set up and evaluation fee for all 1on1 monthly athletes. Evaluation includes a consultation to discuss your current state wellness and athletic goals. Training program will be discussed and training program will be set up specific to your individual needs.
Additional set up services available
$50 - Swim video session of 30-minutes to evaluate your swim stroke and efficiency
$100 - Cycling session on Computrainer to evaluate pedal stroke, wattage & technique
$50 - Run video session of 30-minutes to evaluate form
Strength Training
So you know how to do the strength exercises but you don't know when and where you should be performing them within your triathlon schedule? Just as we write individual training schedules for triathlon we are now writing these for strength training. You will receive a weekly strength schedule and have contact with your strength coach to review the exercises. Great bang for your BUC!
