4 Week Running Program Begins 4/19/10
Gain Speed and Endurance through a Technical Focus
Who & What The Program Is Designed For
This 4-week program is for runners & triathletes of all levels, looking to kick-start or maintain their running fitness and fundamentally improve their running technique to avoid injury and run faster. We will focus on a proven combination of supervised running, training, education and lectures to enhance your understanding and performance in running. If you want to get fast and stay healthy, this is the program for you.
What You Get
You will receive a weekly written training plan, 10 grouped coached running sessions. The written training plan includes 4 - 6 days of running per week with 2 of the weekly sessions (Wednesday & Friday) coached by Robert Pennino & Spencer Casey. Strength exercises will also be incorporated into your weekly schedule.
Goal Race
Our goal race is the Healthy Kidney 10K in Central Park on May 15th. Click here for information and to register for the race.

Participation
Participation is limited to allows us to maximize attention for the participants in the program. We require a minimum enrollment of 10 members to put on the program in order to cover our costs.
